Shipping and Returns
Listed below are delivery details, including the geographies delivered to, the service level offered, and the prices charged. Prices are per unit shipped.

Unless noted otherwise, all items are dispatched within two days of receiving the order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order by email.
Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT. If you are purchasing from outside the EU or have an EU VAT number then please contact us to have VAT removed.
Returns and Refunds
Please note that no returns will be accepted without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please use our contact form to request an RMA number. Please include the following: (a) the invoice number of your purchase, (b) state the reason for the return, and (c) provide a daytime telephone number and email address for contact.
Every product you buy from WISPzone is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty.
WISPzone has a 30 day return policy that provides for either repair, replacement or refund (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or WISPzone. Returns for refunds are available only within 30 days of the order date.
Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or WISPzone will be exchanged, repaired or refunded at our sole discretion within the first 30 days from the date of the order. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. WISPzone will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers.
Any products that are shipped with manuals, CDs, and retail packaged boxes must be returned with all material (including Power Supplies, Cables, etc). All returned items must be in original condition free of wear, scratches etc. and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. The original carton cannot be used as the exterior shipping container, and must be placed inside a carton for shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return for damaged or incomplete returns. No refunds for freight charges will be issued.
If you would like an exchange sent to you before the return is received by WISPzone a new order will have to be placed and your credit card will have to be charged again. You will then be credited when the original product is received (Note: items returned more than 30 days after the Invoice date are returned to the manufacturer for warranty service).
The customer is responsible for shipping charges for all products that are shipped back to WISPzone. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by WISPzone to the Customer, at our expense.
The Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped back to WISPZONE. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage.
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel an order placed with WISPzone then the cancellation notice must me sent via our contact page.
The message must contain the heading CANCEL ORDER and contain the following information: Name of Customer, Order number, Email address and Telephone number for contact (optional).
This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on the Customer's order. It is essential that the Customer provides contact information so that WISPzone may contact the Customer with any questions relevant to cancelling the order.
WISPzone will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation of the Customer's order, providing that the order has not been shipped out.
In the event that a cancellation was submitted via email after the order was shipped, WISPzone will gladly refund the complete balance charged, including shipping, on return of the order unopened, via the shipper, to WISPzone (the Customer should decline to receive the shipment).
However, if the shipment was documented as received by the Customer before the cancellation was received, WISPzone will refund the total value of the merchandise less shipping, after receiving the return shipment. The customer will also be liable for return shipping costs.
If you the Customer receive a damaged product, please refuse the product upon the original delivery attempt. If a damaged product is accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify WISPzone immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify WISPzone Customer Relations via email at: of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST DAY of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for WISPzone to file a damage claim with the carrier.
